Whenever I turn on the water in the bath tub, I always remember those little drops of water singing, "Wasting, waaater!" Anybody else remember this?

I remeber one like it, where this cartoon guy is brushing his teeth and leaves the tap on...then he gets a phone call from a fish in teh pond ouside where all the water has gone from his pond. the fish tell him not to waste water, and the boy turns off the tap. The pond refills, and there's that spokking sounding voice saying, "Dooon't waaaste, water, water, water, water..."

Lol, I remember that sketch! Didn't know it was "wasteroon", though. When I was little I thought it was saying "are you a waste of room?"

i never liked the wasteroon song, and i still can't stand it. i dislike it so much that apparently i didn't rip it along with the rest of my vast collection of ss songs, because i know it was on youtube recently. i'm surprised it's gone now, as it seems many people remember it from childhood, but someone here must have it b/c it was on youtube recently...
