Well, there are companies of people who are hired for the sole purpose to spam inboxes and website forums. My own e-mail is bombarded with advertisements I'm sending myself, although I'm not sending them to me nor does the actual e-mail address read from me, but the "name" of the e-mail address happens to be my e-mail address. That was clear as mud, wasn't it?
