They made a couple of changes in the cartoon. In the movie, Lone Starr and Vespa got married. But in the cartoon, the marriage was erased and Lone Starr has to prove he's royalty before he can marry Vespa.

Also, in the movie, President Skroob had two twin girlfriends named Marlene and Charlene. But in the cartoon, they made them triplets named Marlene, Charlene, and Darlene.
