The Beatle's Lady Madonna perhaps?
I haven't thought about that song in AGES...and it's such a good song too! I know that the Muppets covered a few Beatles songs, but I wish they would have covered more...Twiggy singing 'In My Life' always brings a tear to my eye. I would also have loved 'Nature Boy' from Moulin Rouge sang by Gonzo...wouldn't that be snazzy?

"Don't Eat the Yellow Snow" by Frank Zappa. That would have made a cool Muppet Show segment. Although, it may have been a bit inapropriate.

"When I Pray" by Todd Rundgren. I always could hear the muppets doing it, with Kermit singing the lead part that Todd sings, and the rest of the muppets doing the bg vocals. If you haven't heard this I suggest you do.
