is it my imagination, or is the tv version of this song more faster-paced than the record version? i seem to remember the record version sounding slower when i heard it on mcr.

BipBippadotta sent me a CD full of old Muppet clips ("Subway" included), but I can't use it since I don't own a computer. He wanted me to mail it to you.

Clean Gulch, you're right; the one from the LP is a re-recorded version and a bit more upbeat. (Though many of the voices, including Bert, can be heard on both versions.)
