So lets say you and your friend(s) are threatened with "consequences" if you continue to say negative things about certain people, BUT those certain people continue to say negative things about you and your friend(s) knowing you can't do a thing about it.

I also forgot to mention that most things said about you and your friend(s) are lies, but they treat it as if it were the truth, making "outsiders" who meet you for the first time automatically hate based on false accusations.

No, I do my best to keep KGZ as peaceful as possible, so no, it has nothing to do with it.

I don't know much about your situation for I like to here both sides of the story before making deleacate dscions, but I know from life experance that some people are just plaine spiteful for no aparent reason. ZI just say if you can't be friends with a person and they keep dlibertly rubbing you the wrongway and you know you haven't don't anything to provoke it. Thanmy advise to you would to advoide this person. Trying to fit in with people who make you feel horrable or worse thanbeing alone just this is just my opinion.
