Well, thank you, all, for the info on Si. 
But I'm still not sure if this means that means that he never actually appears on the Rock, as is said by his article on Muppet Wiki. I just want to get that confirmed, since he's going to become a major part later in my fanfic.
And as for the weird CJ question, I recently saw the Preachification of Convincing John, and I think I just answered it there. (Not completely sure, but he seems to have a row of upper teeth, as well as a silver tooth squeezed in the right side.)
