Sock Puppets for Dummies

Sorry about the title but I have found a method for making sock puppets. I nknow they are the easiest kind to make but I'm just trying to Help those Future puppeteers out there.

Even if you aren't a dummy, sock puppets can be awesome. Check out Marty (one of the members of the puppet-band Uncle Monsterface) and his work...he takes the simple idea of sock puppets and really puts a neat spin on them. It's just fun to see that there is always a new spin to be put on old concepts...

Simple designs like yours can often be the grounds for some awesome puppets!

I'm actually teaching my students John Kennedy's sock puppy right now. I have to say its my favorite pattern.

Also, Greg Williams made an amazing sock puppet, Mr Fabulous, but I can't find it anywhere online. He is indeed, fabulous.
