This may sound crazy, but I am looking for materila to make an individual a big SOCK MONKEY type puppet. This is the material that looks like a red heel sock that is normally used to make the cute little sock monkey stuffed animals. Anybody know what the name of this material is and where it can be found?

A lot of the good online sources for red heel socks seem to have closed down, but I believe that SuperSockMonkey still sells them.

BTW, the socks you are looking for are called Rockford Red Heel Socks.
