It could well be bandwith trouble, but I thought if a site exceeded its bandwith, a little message would be posted (go to Tough Pigs and see what I mean).

No, The Rio Grande is That Announcer's website. Me and MrsPepper had no where to go since MC was down liast night, so we basically posted our hearts out in his forum.
