Hehe, thanks. Did I get off track?

Later on, during the scene of Fozziwig's party:

Lola (looking excited): Hey! I've seen him before- I recognise him!

Me: Really? You know Fozzie?

Lola: Yeah! He was my favourite on Sesame Street!

(Let it go, Hillsy. Let it go...)

Me: Fozzie was never on Sesame Street...

Lola (thinks about it for a minute or so): Ohhhhh! I was thinking of Grover!

(How does she even get those two mixed up? Let it go, Hillsy. Let it go....)
I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to say that I can actually kind of see how you could mix up Grover and Fozzie. Obviously not in terms of appearance, but they do have some similar qualities. Both are silly, innocent, wanting to please people, make them happy and just constantly screwing up.
In fact, I remember reading in a book that, because Joss Whedon's father worked at CTW, he grew up knowing several of the people who worked on Sesame and Electric Company. Thus, Joss had very strong opinions on the Muppets. He said he didn't like The Muppet Show and basically just saw Fozzie as a sorry attempt at recreating Grover.
So maybe your friend was on to something.
