So . . . it's been awhile. Phil (or anyone with any news), what's the scoop? Is there any new news with Disney and the JHC buyout? Or are we all just in limbo waiting to hear? Is there ANY new news?

Well put it this way, i'd think that the times when we see lots of stories in the news - THEY are the times when things aren't going quite right and EMTV/The Buyers are under pressure to complete a deal. Kinda they all leak stories to either make it sound like lots of people are interested to try to hurry others up, or they try to build up publicity for whatever deal is about to come off. so when it's quiet i'd imagine THESE are the times when it's all happening.

I guess it's no different to selling your rare Kermit t-shirt to multiple interested parties !

I still think even if EM.TV did find a buyer for Henson (of which there are only 2 or 3) by the end of this month, I still think by June 5, we'll still won't have a complete sale.

But I'm just a negative thinker.
