Okay, I have a quick question after seeing some 70s episodes online. I noticed Big Bird used to commonly call Snuffy "Mr. Snufflupagus," so I'm curious as to when he started going by 'Snuffy.' I know it was by the time of the Hawaii story arc which was sometime in the 70s. Also, when was it established that his first name was Alyosius? I'm pretty sure it was before he met the grown-ups. I think his doctor called him Alyosius in a season 15 episode, but what about anytime before then? I don't know. Just thought I'd ask about that.

So I saw on Muppet Wiki that Bert called him "Snuff" in a season 5 episode, contradicting an episode from the 80s where Bert thought Snuffy was imaginary too, but that could have been one of the earliest instances where he went by Snuff or Snuffy.
