I'm like right on the boarder here (Niagra Falls), just a hop, skip and a jump away from Buffalo... so basically, I feel your pain!! The weather we've been having lately sucks, don't it.

The April weather in Louisiana is like one big, mean April Fool's joke.....You never whjat it's gonna be like, day to day! Over the past couple of days, we've had a lot of rain. ALOT of rain. And, plus, we had the the City Works people out where I live a couple of weeks ago, trimming back trees, but NEVER CLEANED UP THE BRANCHES!!!! Now we've got all these clogged up ditches and the streets are flooding everywhere....And PLUS, it got cold again! (Well, OK, cold for ME!) It's just weird.
