Has anyone ever seen this movie? It's pretty darn hilarious with Chris Elliot as the evil "Snowplow Man".

that movie was ok, i thought Chevy Chase was funny in that movie

Out of all the Nickelodeon movies I've seen, that one has to be tops on my list. "Good Burger" was hilarious as well, and comes in second, but "Snow Day" seemed to have a more "realistic" look to it.

ah yes, that was one of my favorites, unfortunately The Rugrats In Paris was the last Nickelodian movie that I have seen
