Last year I spent almost all of D*C with Janken on my arm. He met all sorts of people and posed for hundreds of photos, some of which I've posted in Janken's thread here, many others of which are on Facebook and various other people's Dragon*Con photo albums and videos. I'm definitely planning on bringing some puppets this year! Skeeter's top o' the list.
