First off-- Nice use of Sailor Moon footage for your intro. You can never go wrong with a bit of classic anime thrown in there.
Second-- Scratchy or not, you have a pretty decent voice. This song's not easy to sing along to and considering that you're not in a studio somewhere with jillion dollar equipment, I think it's not bad at all. You have a higher voice but it's melodic.

Besides, you get my vote for having the guts to post your singing online like this. THAT alone wins you my respect! RIGHT ON! Keep it coming!

I hope that your throat will feel better soon. But good job. Like what bandit said. It's great that you have the courage to let us hear you sing.

My throat healed up pretty fast. My problem is I don't drink enough water to stay hydrated.
