Sick thread post

Don't know if this really qualifys as being sick but yesterday at work I got a paper cut and its in a really really bad spot. Right on one of my knuckles so every time I bend that finger it hurts. Paper cuts always seem to end up in the worst spots.

Funny you made that joke (not that it was funny ) but my Embryology teacher made that joke to his Anatomy and Physiology class when discussing epidemics, pandemics and such....he built it up to the point where I had spread the Flu to the next galaxy! haha! I'm good

It would certainly prove The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy wrong if you had. "Mostly harmless"...pssh. Wait til those aliens watch Independence Day, they'll think twice.

I just found out that my Betreuerin has breast cancer. She was my advisor for my year in Germany, really supported me, and is one of the best friends I have. She has to go stay in the hospital and I know how much she hates hospitals. I'm just shocked and scared. She has to get better, she's one of those people who make the world such a better place. I always wear the necklace she gave me, which stands for love, hope and faith. I really need it now. So does she.
