I have had high levels of stress and nervousness lately, and it's contributing to a LOT of problems both physical and mental.
Gang, when you are graduating high school, choose your careers CAREFULLY!! Go for the high dollar jobs (computer programming or something). Forget about puppeteering or cartooning or fun jobs like that. Get a REAL job that pays REAL money FIRST---and THEN work toward the job of puppeteering and cartooning. It's a harsh, cold, cruel world and unless you have greenbacks in your pocketbook, you won't have anything!!!! Money is a very high stress creator if you don't have it.
Relationships--If it's really not working out no matter what all you do to try to get it to work, don't stay with it, do what you have to do to get out of it and go. This is a #2 stress factor.
And please, whatever you do--never NEVER move into an apartment next to train tracks. They go by all hours of the night honking those loud horns, LAYING on the horns--not toot toot--more like BWOOOOOMMMPPP!!! You'll never get any sleep. No rest is a #3 stress factor.
And of course, when your stressed out, your tummy is bad and you get headaches and life is miserable.
This is the best advice I can offer you for now, take it or leave it--I never listened to this advice when I was younger about money, love, and rest, and now I'm miserable!!
