I don't know if this is old news or not, or if it's even the same comic as we've been getting that returned some classic characters, mainly Lips. So... I guess Skeeter's back from her mission in the Amazon Jungle and came to work at the muppet theater? The green striped socks and sneakers also seem to tribute towards Nanny...
