Seymour & Pepe as Good & Bad Conscience

There was an episode of MT! where the guest star was visited by his conscience. Seymour was dressed as an angel (Good) and Pepe was dressed as a devil (Bad). My question is: who was the guest star? I clearly remember Coolio being the guest star, yet Muppet Wiki says it was Jason Alexander. Who's right?
