Well, if you've ever been to Knoebel's Grove in Pennsylvania, they sometimes have Channel 44 Day there where the human actors on Sesame Street have been known to make appearances.

He was mad because Cookie Mosnter, or the woman in the suit, was going on break and was walking away when he came up with his daughter and he got mad and struck her. The woman in the suit just got married about a year ago to another costumed actor, and the both of them (I think) posted here at MC in early 2004 or late 2003!
