Bob's apartment has been around a long time-- it's in CESS. We don't see as much of Bob because he's in semi-retirement (busy playing with the grandkids and the like).

i was just gonna say that ... bob is old ... you can't expect him to hang around S.S forever. He's also in the epsiode where Ernie tires to deliver Old McDonald a chicken ... don't know if it's this past season or not.

According to the IMDB (Internet Movie Database), Bob was born in 1933, making him 70 this year.
