Scene 1
Maria welcomes us to the show, and is really busy. She's got ten toasters to fix. The Count shows up and asks to count the ten toasters.

Finally, he trades that one in for a bowl of porridge that is just right.

Scene 1
Elmo introduces the show, but then explains that he doens't know what to do now. Elmo sits on the stoop and tries to think about what he can do. Elmo then decides to recite the alphabet. He then wonders what each letter is for.

Scene 2

Telly welcomes us to the show, and says that he's about to have lunch. He just needs to find a place to sit. All of the stools at Hooper's Store are filled, the stoop is filed with kids, and the one chair he finds breaks (and was for Baby Bear). Finally, Telly decides to eat standing up.

Big Bird looks for somebody who is not busy. Maria and Luis are fixing toasters, Grover is on his way to work, Alan is serving food, and some of the kids are jumping rope. Elmo comes up to Big Bird and asks to play, but Big Bird says that he's too busy to play right now. Elmo says that he's not busy.

Cookie Monster welcomes the viewers to the show, and then goes to Hooper's Store for cookies. However, Alan suggests that he eat something healthy first. So Cookie Monster orders bucket loads of apples, carrots, cabbage, and hot dogs. After tha, Alan gives him a cookie, but now Cookie Monster reveals that he is actually full. After Alan is briefly amazed, Cookie Monster reveals that hew as just kidding.
