The CTW "plaque" logo motif ran from 1969-83. From 1983-97 (starting from episode #1836) the name "CHILDREN'S TELEVISION WORKSHOP" appeared in its then-current corporate logo font. The words slide in from the bottom right of the screen, underneath the Sesame Street logo. However a few 1997-98 episodes also used the 1983-style in-credit CTW logo alongside the then-current CTW logo that shows up after the funding credits. The music for that logo is a Popeye-like tune.

The 2000 episodes (#3851-3915) were the last shows taped prior to CTW changing its name to Sesame Workshop as a result of the continuing success of the series. The 2001 episodes (#3916-3980) were the first episodes taped after the rechristening of CTW to SW.

Also, the sliding "Children's Television Workshop" logo was discontinued in 1995. From then, up until 2000, they simply made the announcement with nothing on screen whatsoever, except for episodes that were reruns from 2 seasons earlier in Seasons 27 and 28 (that were originally from Seasons 25 and 26). I so do not remember the 1983-style logo being used during Season 29. When did this happen?

I'm pretty sure the last time the CTW logo appeared was in the episode where Felix the Grouch visits. As I recall, the sponsors were displayed in a yucky-looking font, which Felix cleaned away with his umbrella and the CTW was written and cleaned away.

I'm pretty sure Season 24 started on 11/09/1992, not 11/16/1992 (but everything else looks ok)
