In a new Tales from 123 segment, the residents plan a surprise birthday party for Oscar. In Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck, we learn how to make apple slices and peanut butter sandwiches and we learn where peanut butter comes from. In Elmo's World, we learn about homes.
