This episode features an all-new street story, a new Tales from 123 ("The Floor is Quicksand"), Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck ("Corn"), and Elmo's World ("Babies").

Here's my review: This is the start of the summer, and everyone has to stay cool inside. Elmo plays monster racers on his phone and Abby and Julia make a city into blocks. Cookie Monster made a cookie sundae for Big Bird but it melted so fast that Grover used a big fan to unmelt it but it blew Big Bird away. Elmo didn't notice Abby and Julia making a city because he was playing monster racers and the penguin caused chaos at the store. In the new Tales from 123 segment, Elmo, Zoe, and Tango want to play a game with Cookie Monster but they have to go over the imaginary lava floor to get there. In Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck, we make corn bread and we learn where corn bread comes from. In Elmo's World, we learn about babies.
