Marty Robinson is still listed in the show credits, so hopefully we'll see more of Telly and Snuffy in future episodes. I would like to see more Telly as well. His personality is well-suited to help children naturally express and understand their anxiety in healthier ways. Have you seen "Happy Bert Day" from last season? Telly made a nice appearance in that episode. It was one of the best episodes from Sesame Street Season 55.

For now, the storylines of Sesame Street Season 56 are intentionally focused on four main characters: Elmo, Abby, Cookie Monster, and Grover. Other Muppets will appear regularly in supporting roles throughout the season, as Zoe was featured prominently in the premiere.
Sadly, I haven't seen that episode but it sounds fun!

I also wanted to point out how much I love Tails from 123. The animation is simple, but very colorful, and I like the concept of a lot of the characters living in 123. I honestly think it could one day be a stand alone show it's that good. It's like the street stories have potential to have some characters pop up that we might not have seen in a while.

I also wanted to briefly mention the exclusion of the letter and number of the day. At first it threw me off I won't lie, but with the focus on more social skills and dealing with feelings, and only being a 30 minute show it kinda makes sense. The only problem I see that causing is it might hurt Count's character, and appearances which I would hate to see.

Lastly, having the focus on Elmo, Abby, Cookie, and Grover seems to be a very good fit. Cookie and Grover have such depth and character that they can be funny and sad or upset in a single episode that it works.

All in all from where this 43 year old sits I like what season 56 is doing, and I hope they continue down this ever changing path.
