Episode 1364 - R2-D2 and C-3PO Visit Sesame Street
HBO Max Premiere: Wednesday May 27, 2020
Big Bird sees a strange object flying and landing in the backyard! Everyone thinks it is his imagination, until C-3PO and R2-D2 walk by. The droids are here on a secret mission. In the meantime, Maria and Luis help them relax with oil. R2-D2 gives hints about the message. When David and some children figure out his message is for Oscar, they take the droids to see him! R2-D2 delivers Oscar a hologram from Lothar the Grouch saying, "Get lost!" Amazed, Oscar responds, "There is intelligent life in outer space!" Big Bird asks if droids have feelings, and C-3PO explains that he and R2-D2 do have feelings! The droids demonstrate happy, sad, and angry. Big Bird teaches them the game "Blind Man's Bluff", but he isn't very good it. While they say goodbye, David discovers Oscar's prank for Lothar!
