Well at the beginning of the episode they have just entered Puerto Rico,and then everyone gets to meet Maria's family.Then after they've been there for awhile,Maria starts to see some familiar faces around Puerto Rico.Soon after Oscar gets to meet his Puerto Rican counterpart Osvaldo or(Oswald)the grouch.Then sometime after that,they start getting ready for the Fiesta.When they're having the Fiesta,Oscar finds out about how he was "suckered again".Hope this helps.
