To the best of my knowledge, there were four versions. One was Frieda, who sang "We've Got A Brand New Baby" and performed by Fran Brill. The song's on the SS Lyrics Archive.

Another was Mona, Telly's sister.

Third was Juliet, Telly's friend who had a vivid imagination.

Fourth is Ingrid.

These monsters didn't precisely debut in this order.

Frieda, Mona, and Juliet all looked exactly like Ingrid, except that they had blue eyelashes and a yellow nose.

Drtooth, even if the SSE already has the bios of those characters which I highly dobut, you should post the bios of those characters here in the Encyclopedia's thread for their benefit and the further education of all us other forum members. Mona, Inrid, et. al. are designed on what looks like the Fat Blue Anything Muppet, only it is more sky blue rather than the usual navy blue.

One more thing I should mention if this description doesn't suffice: the monster in question also appears in the background in Cookie Monster's "Me Gotta Be Blue", found on the "I'm Glad I'm Me".

Tommy, for some reason I think that you asked about Baby Bear's baby brother. Don't know if that point got solved by now or not, but here's the info about that specific character. It wasn't Baby Bear's baby brother, but in fact it was his baby cousin named Oliver. Hope this helps and have a good day.
