I like how in the one where a kid accidentally hits Gordon with a baseball, Kevin and Fran just put the puppets down cause, they knew something bad was gonna happen.

These are hysterical. Especially since they can get much darker than the show itself (the HBO-era outtakes are much funnier than the entire era combined).

I think my favorite one is the “Counting Critters” outtake where Oscar throws a pig out of his can, it presumably dies, and Elmo starts crying, while Oscar says it deserved it. I love how the performers stayed in character that whole take.
