My suggestion is to own Sesame Street Unpaved, despite the fact that there are many factual errors.

These books are definitely worth looking out for. I've got Unpaved and will likely purchase one or both of these new books.

Books like that always have a few odd factual errors here and there. I don't know why they do, but they do. no matter how hard you research it.

But if you can find a copy, second hand, in good condition, check it out.

I loved my copy so much, I wore it out reading it cover to cover.

I love unpaved too. By the way, the Muppet Central store already has a proto-type cover. Let's hope that's the kind the publishers will use. :insatiable::batty::super:

I got unpaved from the library once. Like the art work on the cover of it!

How exciting!
I've already preordered my copies of both books on Amazon.com.
"A Celebration of 40 Years"sounds like an even better book than"Unpaved".
I can hardly wait till November.

Did anyone else notice Amazon (at least on my computer) lists this book as coming out October 1 of NEXT YEAR? What's going on here? :concern:

It's probably just an error they made. Try checking other online stores like Borders or Barnes & Nobles and see what they say.

Well, here's what I have obtained. According to the Border's website, the book is due to hit store shelves this year in October. I also drove to Barnes & Noble earlier this morning and when I checked on their computers, it said that it is scheduled to be released in September 2009. Hopefully we can find out what is going on here. This is the one thing that I want the most for Christmas this year. :insatiable::batty::wisdom:
