"Wet Paint" gone crazy

Does anyone else remember an episode centered on the phrase "Wet Paint"? Some character on the street was painting one of the stores (not sure whether it was the Fix-It Shop or Hooper's). He asked Big Bird to make a "Wet Paint" sign so no one else would ruin the job; Big Bird agrees to help, but then realizes the paint on his sign is wet too. This inspires him to make a second "Wet Paint" sign to warn about the first, a third sign to warn about the second, and so on...until the whole street is papered with "Wet Paint" signs. (I think this episode aired before the major format changes...late 80s/early 90s, though that might be wrong.)
