I just stumbled upon this... the Universal Studios Japan Sesame Street Halloween show... I have no real idea what they're saying, though

Ha ha, yeah I heard about this. I didnt make it down to USJ for Halloween this year but those videos were pretty interesting! Their website shows how popular Elmo is here in Japan:
