For those of you that are interested, Killertoys posted a message on the Pallisades message board advising that the did have some issues getting series 9 through customs, but they expect them in the warehouse on Dec 23rd and will be shipping them out the same day.


So if you ordered from Killertoys they are on thier way!!!

Update... Ordered the Backstage Playset from killertoys towards the end of November when it was apparent that the stores wouldn't have the set in stock. Got a message on 11/30 saying that it had shipped. After posting my concerns on the PT forums when two weeks passed and no Backstage Playset had arrived, I contacted Joe at www.killertoys.com himself. Said they lost the initial package, but sent out another one immediately. And lo and behold, it's here sitting on my bed waiting to be assembled one week later contacting them personally.
So, yes, patience is a virtue for all Muppet figures collectors, especially when they've found a good website like the following:

www.omgcnfo.com,
www.toyrocket.com.
