Sen Ted Kennedy has a brain cancer

wow i am watching MSMBC right now and they say that he as a brain tumor .

i am going to start praying for him and his family about this .
They say that it is gioblastoma is what they are saying at this point .

over the next seveal days they will know treatment .

How does everyone else feel about this ?

i am very sad, this family has been though a lot .

For someone of his age, wow i know that a lot of other poeple have had this happen to them to .

A friend of mine has this typ of brain cancer though and is doing well with cemo and radaion treatment, and those treatments have not been bad for him .

i hope that that ted kennedy has that happen for him that the cemo and and if he has more surgery that he will be doing well .

Also that they radation and the cemo side effects will not be bad for him.

Yeah, saw it on CNN this morning. You're right; the whole family's been through a heck of a lot.

I was 13 when JFK Jr.'s plane went missing off Martha's Vineyard; the next morning in church, during the special intentions part of Mass, the priest asked for prayers for the family. And my mom was 10 when JFK got shot; she was in school, and the principal announced it over the PA system.

My grandmother's never liked the Kennedys (but then again, she's a Republican), but even she was shocked when she heard that Ted had had a seizure.

I hope Ted sticks around a little longer; the antics on the Senate floor wouldn't be the same.

I'm not a big fan of the Kennedy dynasty (I'm Independant, hehe), but he's a human being and I do pray for him. :smile:

Well you know? I know what it like to have people who you love and care about so much have terrible things like that happen to them and I've lost a few to various kinds of cancer. But it is terrible news when this kind of thing happens to someone so I understand what that is like.
