Anyone interested in doing a secret santa? Mr. Grinch will think it's too late, but really..... giving and receiving presents is fun any time of year.... so why not?

Here is your invitation to the group I created for all of us puppet fans. This is an official site designed to host secret santa groups:

http://www.TheSecretSanta.com/eusb2pre.cfm?v1=4723q&v2=311012r&v3=6307s&v4=7110126t

Here's how the Secret Santa Group works:
Everyone has until Sunday, Dec. 14 to go to visit the link to sign up for the group and create a Wish List profile for the kind of gifts that they want. For this group, the suggested Gift Price is somewhere between $10 - $20, depending on your budeget and the gift your purchasing.

On Sunday, Dec. 14, everyone who has signed up will be assigned someone else to buy a gift for (their "Santee"). It is suggested that you complete your wish list upon enrollment. You can also choose whether you want your assignment to be completely random, or based on common gift interests.
Each person can then come to TheSecretSanta.com and see what their "Santee" likes and wants.

All gifts should be delivered by Thursday, Dec. 18

You can forward the link above to any of your friends. The more the merrier! =)

I can't, I've no money to buy extra gifts, no way to get off campus to buy one, or to get to the post office to mail one. Boring life I have. Good idea though.

It's a wonderful idea, but I recently was laid off and the engine in my car blew up right after that, so pennies are being pinched around here till they scream for mercy. Besides, I'd be compelled to ask Santa for another car.

Have fun with it, all.

I'm on the road to financial peace, a la Dave Ramsey. I'm in the middle of baby step 2. No disposable income. Oh, well, nice idea Michele.

Merry Christmas, anyhow.

How about we do a Christmas card exchange instead? A card and a stamp is not expensive.
