I hope that someday, someone will hire you for for making or designing all there puppets in the movies and TV shows. Awesome work guy!
He's a little too pricey for that, lol; but indeed, it'd be nice to have someone with the know-how on staff like you Jarrod.

hi everyone glad you like him, I actually really like him too - glad of the way and style he is heading. I also hope one day to be making puppets for a tv show - means i wouldnt have to work so hard to get custom orders all the time! lol - D'snowth I'm not sure what you are talking about me being too pricey, I'm one of the cheapest out there making custom puppets. when ou are spending from 50 - 100 hours making a custom puppet ( research, design , patterning , mock ups, construction and fabrication) most of us are actually losing money. If you have a job..... whatever your hourly rate is times that by the 100hours it can take to complete a custom puppet - that is the very least we should be charging for a puppet.

NY-state minimum wage, you could charge around 750 for a puppet.

I remember asking you a couple of years ago or so out of curiosity how much you would charge for puppets that were to be used on a television show, and you told me your usual rate for television puppets was $1,000 each.

I HAVE noticed, however recently your starting bids on your puppets on eBay have come down a bit... I can honestly say I'm not aware what most others charge for custom puppets and such, but I'll take your word for it that you're one of the cheapest.

No worries - just trying to give you an insight into costing, I also forgot to say that that pricing was just for labor - then there is the costing for tha actual materials used during the build. D-snowth for the past 5 years I have started 99% of my puppets on Ebay at .99cents - lower the start price - lower the listing fees
