Scrooge McDuck comics finally return to the US

...and from the last company you'd expect to boot.

I couldn't be more excited to see new Scrooge comics being produced for the US or even republished and translated from Europe if that's the case. It's great to see Disney license out its characters that wouldn't be published by their own Marvel brand, which was the only thing that bugged me about that ownership. Disney Duckiverse comics need to keep continuing one way or another in the US. And it seems they managed to get a Topolino (Italian Mickey Mouse comics magazine) artist as well.

Hopefully this means more Disney comics through alternate means will come out, be they original or Americanized reprints.

Hate the fact that I'm double posting on the same day, but this just in...

IDW is bringing back all classic Disney comics

Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, and Walt Disney's Comics and Stories are all coming back with one title starting up a month. About time. I was worried we weren't going to see these staples of kid's comics for a while.
