The other day, I rented the KSY DVD! I was at my grandparents' house and they have a different video store near them (one that actually has DVDs of the Muppet movies and Muppet Show and stuff other than the 6 movies) and I was like "what the heck? I'll rent it, see how it is" 'cause I had heard it wasn't the best. And I was pleaseantly surprised! I actually liked it, of course it wasn't the best, but it's Muppets! Gotta love it! I loved the Statler and Waldorf cameo! That was freakin' hilarious! :boo: . I also loved when Kermit got chased by the pig and he's like "I hope I never see one of those again." ****

I just saw this for the first time as well, and I thought it was cute. There was a lot to like, even though there were some things I thought could have been done better. I liked all of the bonus materials on the dvd a lot, too. I was wondering about one thing, though. A lot of people have noted that this video seems directed more towards younger children than towards all ages. I was just wondering how kids in the target audience reacted to the movie. Are there any parents out there, or kids themselves, who want to talk about this?

I asked someone at blockbuster about the d.v.d. (because I was looking to buy it used) and she said that it was not a popular movie and that they sold one used and only have one on the shelf even the new puchase copies were sold out after having only one in stock and they never reordered it and she told me that they couldn't because either it was out of print or it was going out of print, which makes since because I haven't seen any copies anywhere in my town
