I'm not sure I get it, if this happens it means certain pages will load slower? Or they'll be completely blocked?

I had a look at that site and was going to send them something but it said the US Government were not intrested in stories from overseas.

I don't get it either... is this saying that the internet is only going to be available on cellphones now and not on computers anymore?
