Maybe it wasn't popular enough? I remember it on Saturday mornings and I remember it airing on Nick for a while, too.

I too prefer the original Land of the Lost series too. I liked Dopey the friendly Brontosaurus.

In fact, The Muppets are--of themselves--a keen example, because lord knows many of us want the glory days back, but we must realize that some people (or rather, the people corporations seem geared towards) may prefer something other than our beloved Muppets.
