Let's see, there's been:

*Sam(Sam and Friends)
*Sam the Robot(Sesame Street)
*Sam the Eagle(The Muppet Show)

*Pierre(the French Rat)
*Pierre(the chef from the Vincent Price episode of The Muppet Show)
*Pierre(the blue frog from the Japanese version of Sesame Street)

*Fred(the dragon from the "Monster Father and Son" sketch on The Ed Sullivan Show and Kermit and Grover's "In the Box" sketch on an episode of Sesame Street from 1969)
*Fred(elf from The Great Santa Claus Switch)

..were there any others?

I don't know if this would count, but there was a sketch on Sesame Street where Kermit was getting a T-Shirt printed, and they kept spelling his name wrong(Kermit the Forg, Kermit the Grof, Kermit the Gorf) but each time, a monster by that same name would show up to pick up his T-shirt. So technically, those characters all had the name Kermit.

I think that the best one is Nigel:

1. Nigel the conductor from "the Muppet Show"
2. Nigel the little green creature in the Control Room in "Muppets Tonight"

Another thing to mention there was that Mr. Johnson from Sesame Street, also had the first name 'Fred.'

Some other mentionables would be Gladys, Elmo's mother and Herry Monster. (I realize his name is spelled differently from the other Harry's but still it's the same pronunciation.) There were also quite a few Muppets named George (George the Janitor, Elmo's father, the George that sang the 'G' song with Grover. Also, I think there has been a George Washington Muppet on Sesame Street.)
