ok, I don’t claim to be an anime fan at all. In fact I make fun more than praise or follow it. (like the WB cartoons and Fox cartoons being over run by bad anime.... BUT ANYWAY... :rolleyes: off subject) I was, once upon a time, really into Sailor Moon, well the first season anyway. Does anyone know what the episode was where Sailor Moon finds out that Tuxedo Mask is Darien? I was thinking of just buying the first season on DVD, but one of the ones I was looking at only went to episode 36, and I wanted to know if it included that, I cant find the info anywhere. so if anyone could give me a hand, that would be great, thanks

also, so its not a waist of a thread, anyone really enjoy the first season or, the mangas or what ever?

I'm 99.9% positive that was episode 30. A Crystal Clear Destiny. I loved that episode, and the song that went with it, "My Only Love." I'm such a dork.

Oh man. I used to be obsessed with Sailor Moon, too. The second season, Sailor moon R was my favourite because I saw it first and loved the villains. Then the first season was my favourite because I started understanding the show better and I liked more of the specific episodes, especially the ones where they found the individual senshi. Then Sailor Moon S was my fave because it had lots of outer senshi (although I'm still mad at the whole cousin thing.) Then Sailor Moon SuperS was my favourite because it had a cute and clever feel and I thought the whole idea of the Dead Moon Circus was neat. I still haven't seen Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. I'm not sure why I keep saying "senshi", seeing as how I've only seen the English versions. -_-;;

I've also seen the movies in Japanese and English, but I hated the Sailor Moon S movie when dubbed in English. The villains originally made a cute noise somewhat like laughter but more animalistic. When it was dubbed they just sounded like banshees.

I have some of the mangas. They're cool, but they didn't suck me like the anime did. However, it did instill in me a desire to learn how to draw manga, and would often practice with those characters.

I haven't seen it in a long time, but it's one of my favourite obsessions to fall back on. Numerous times I have attempted to write fanfiction, but I can't get past the creating an otaku senshi stage. But I suppose that's really all I want to do anyway.

OOh, I used to LOVE Sailor Moon! I do like quite a few anime's, but I've only seen this one in English, on tv as a kid, and I've never seen the movies, so I'm missing alot, but I was obsessed as a child! I have all these little dolls of them. ^_^
I've only read one of the mangas, it was #9 I believe, but I read it in french. Threw me off, as all the names were Japanese, and I was only previously exposed to the english version, so having the japanese names and the french story was kind of confusing! :wink:

I used to like Sailor Moon a long time ago. Lot's of funny stuff and silly looking monsters. But I didn't like how they keep making Serena suffer so much in certain episodes and how many people seem to mistreat her all the time, even loved ones.

Other than that, I thought it was a pretty good anime.
