I totally agree with all you guys who are upset over this, speaking as a collector of Muppet stuff, it's totally heart-breaking when the products that were promised, gets cancelled. I'm still a little upset that we won't be getting our Sesame Street figures, even after seeing all these great looking photos of them, man I wanted them!!! .

I'm getting tried of this as well, it's poor planning from these toy companies. I mean take the sideshow busts, how sad is it, that we can't have a full EM band.

Now truth be told I don't have a full collection of any of thoes as of right now. I only have four of the bust figures and only one Fraggle plush of Copperpin. But I do plan on trying to get the rest.

Still that's not the point, we fans should have get better than this. I mean when you look at the Palisades figures and there are like ten different verisons of Kermit and Gonzos (which is cool in some ways) but no Sal to go with Johnny, what's up with that? It's really sad we don't have a whole collection of the many great Muppets in the Muppet world. Why couldn't we have more Muppet monsters, Sal, maybe even Miss. Mousy, Annie Sue, and Spamela Hamderson (after all, the Muppets could use more female power). Other toy lines got to have this, Star Wars, the Simpsons, WWE, why not us. I mean with the Star Wars and Simpsons lines, they even made total backround characters or one shot characters. I mean who really thought about having a Blue haired lawer or a Jasmine the dancer (I think that's her name.) But you got what I'm saying.

Just called 'em...

I did my part. I called 'em, but just got the answering machine. :smirk: Anyway, I was firm but polite, telling them that I would very much love to have Mokey as part of my collection, and I would like to know when she'd be available. I gave 'em my phone number and email address, so if they respond, I'll make sure to post it here.

And you know something else...just as a side note, I thought of another character who (if made in plush form) would sell. That would be the Storyteller Fraggle.

Yeah, she's not as major as the other characters, but here's my thought: if the Storyteller Fraggle plush were sold with maybe a small book in her hands, think of how she'd look in many offices, libraries or other places that encourage reading. In general, here in the US, we've been hearing a lot about improving literacy programs, which is cool and all. I could easily see a Storyteller Fraggle as part of an elementary school "decor", or even perched on monitors to spruce up those Dilbert-esque cubicles all over the country.

I've been in libraries that have small "accessories" around that reflect their collections, a small stuffed bull in a business section (in reference to a "bull market") Disney characters (such as an "Alice" with a book in her lap), those numerous READ posters with various celebrities, and I even saw a plush "Ramona" in an elementary school library.

And really, when you think about it, it doesn't matter if people know who the Storyteller Fraggle is. With her glasses, pencil tucked in her hair and a book of some sort within her grasp, she would appeal to many literary enthusiasts looking for an accessory to their intellectual environment. She's an intellectual-looking Fraggle, and would fit in with many environments of this type...just my two cents.

But yeah, I'm hoping for Mokey like the rest of you guys.
