Apparantly, Ruthie was still a part of the cast in season 30, even though "Around the Corner" was dropped. It's mentioend in the 40th anniversary book, there is a season 30 cast photo with her (the only time I can recall seeing her and Alan together), and she was in teh credits for season 30. However, I watched the show almost every day during that season, missing the show only a few times, and I don't rememebr her being on the show, save for an episode that featured her in a sketch in front of Finders Keepers, which I assume is an insert from earlier.

So does anybody ever remember actually seeing her in any new material in season 30? I know that Ruth Buzzi was still providing the voice of Suzie Kabloozie at the time, but that doesn't constitute an appearance by Ruthie...
