On Ebay there is a Scooter puppet head . What is it? Any body have any info on it?

It is a toy head puppet.There was also the Swedish chef and Statler and Waldorf at least.Probably made by Bendy.It was an England company anyway.

No, it's a very small head that you work with your fingers.There was also a simular Max Headroom puppet that was called fingertronic.
