That same clip was also shown in The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson.

At least it's good to know that they still try to work in Kermit the Frog on Sesame Street specials whenever they can, which is cool with me because he'll always be part of Sesame Street as far as I'm concerned. He does show up briefly in Follow That Bird (and he has a good joke too) and on Elmo Saves Christmas and CinderElmo, and The Street We Live On (in archive footage).
And of course, on the Sesame Street 20 years and Still Counting special. But I think I'll always love his role on Christmas Eve on Sesame Street best. That is by far one of the best Christmas specials of any of them. (Muppet or otherwise!)
Yeah, I saw Kermit doing that alphabet thing with that little girl on the show today, when they did that '35 year celebration' thing with famous people talking about the show if you want to count that as an actual appearance by . It would be nice to see him in a new Sesame Street segment or something.

Just watch for the Sesame Street Biography special on A&E, they show a clip from it towards the end.
Yeah, but...does anyone have a copy of the *complete* special they'd be willing to share?
