If would mean the world to my fiancee if I could surprise her by somehow getting Rowlf to appear at our wedding and sing for our first dance. Any suggestions on how to make this happen? The wedding is in the fall 2013.

I'm not really sure that can happen. Disney is really uptight, and most likely will ignore your letters/emails. I'm sorry! You can always hope!

If you can make it happen, letters/emails to Disney will not work on most occasions. If it were to happen, it would have to be through Rowlf's performer, Bill Barretta, who could likely get it passed through Disney easier than some random person.

Far too unlikely you'd be able to get the official Muppets/Disney to go along with this. Since this is a case where it's the thought/idea that counts and it is for a private wedding as opposed to a public performance, i'd look at seeing if you could get a good Rowlf impersonator using a vintage Rowlf toy puppet.
